Miscellaneous Taker and Taker-Related Ramblings: The Sequel

Eh, I really don't have much to say on the following topics (but do have some bitchin' to go *g*) so I figured another one of these little deals would fit the bill.

First of all, I would just like to say to the dozen or so Sara fans that feverishly come up with scenario after scenario for her return, it ain't happening. The Diva shoot was a pacifer for her and Taker to suck on, plain and simple. Now I don't have much faith in the WWF but I don't think they'll risk bringing back a chick whose performance was not only universally panned but also dragged her husband into Criticism City for his involvement.

And if JR ain't pushing for her in his "Ross Report," she ain't going anywhere. Also, I think the WWF women's division is fine without her. There's eye candy and there are many competitors for the title who are actual women's wrestlers. Sorry but "training" with Undie doesn't cut it: if she was serious about it and worth her "tough girl" image, she'd be down in OVW busting her ass, working with the trainers and wrestlers.

Now that I got that out of my system, let's continue.

For the past couple months, rumors have swirled around that Undie ain't happy. And it mainly deals with his WWF position and how he was yanked in the Backlash main event. Now I usually think he should fucking suck it up but I can understand if he was upset about that. Hell, they pulled him in less than 24 hours from the main event for Hogan in a play that can best be described as "strike while the iron's hot." I also think that he's been trying to prove his worth both to the fans and to the backstage after a disastrous 2001, along with working with a gimmick that's flat as a can of soda that's been setting out all day. However, he's not as over as he once was, proving that maybe it's time to hit the drawing board again.*cough*GoBackToTheDarksideYouDork*cough*

Okay, just shoot me now: I like the hair. Now the long mane (especially when all one color and the fuzzies tamed) will be my favorite but this one also suits him. It also helps to hide the fact that hairline's skidding away. *g* However, I do have some beef about it- he lets it grow to the perfect lenght and cuts it. But I do like that he keeps it colored so we don't see long orange juice blond roots that have resulted in much grumblings.

Yes, the great revelation came on WWF's Internet show. And the fucking funny thing is some who listened to the show said he sounded surprised. Sweet Jesus, those "I'd Rather Be Under Taker" signs or chicks dressing to the nines for your autograph signings didn't register?! But one thing that was interesting was he said he never really hears anyone tell him that he looks good. Ah, poor guy...

Some are already saying signs point to Taker winning at Judgment Day. Now if it were he and Hogan only, I'd say yes because that title win over HHH was hopefully Hulk's final hurrah because he's losing steam and fan interest. But I can't see just Hogan and Taker because the two of them, in all honesty, can't work a good match without having an opponent to bring the best out of them. So I imagine HHH will be brought in, along with Jericho. And if that's the case, I hate to say it but I think HHH will win. However, I still hold out a small glimmer of hope I'll be pleasantly surprised.

This is another rumor going around since Feb. Jesus, I hope he doesn't get saddled with that Merry Band of Midcarders. :P If so, I'll be hiding under the couch. But I doubt this will happen because Taker's going in a different direction now than where they're headed (feuding with Austin, Bradshaw, Kane in about 3-4 months).
